Beech Bend 11-13-2010
I got a weekend off from work and headed back up to Beech Bend to see if I could improve on my 1/4 mile times. I got in three passes with my best being a 12.8 at 117.6. The car was at full street weight, spare tire and all, and I had my Nitto Invo tires at 34 psi for the front and 28 psi for the rear. I'm having to stay out of boost in 1st gear or the tires just go up in smoke. Next season I may try some drag radials to get better traction with my goal being a 11.8 1/4 mile pass.
